Dave Munsick, “The Songteller”, has led a life both deep and wide. His diverse experiences have given him a unique perspective and the true tunesmith’s talent of catching a good story inside a song. Performing as a singer/songwriter and fiddle player for audiences across the country, he has played with or opened for acts including Chris Ledoux, Lyle Lovett, and Ian Tyson. His new album, Backtracks, is the culmination of his writing efforts last winter in Arizona and consists of what he considers to be eleven of his better crafted songs.
Sam Munsick is a working man’s songwriter who writes, plays, and sings of the life he loves: working the range lands of the American west. HIs new CD, Johnny Far Away, is a collection of the best songs he has written in the last several years.
This show will be a singer/songwriter deluxe in which Dave and Sam will tell backlines and sing their songs in a way that will grab you hard, hold you fast, and take you far.
