6:30pm pre-show reception (free to the public) / 7:30pm Curtain: ticketed event

Please join Ucross for an exciting night of Broadway and holiday cabaret with award-winning composer and performer Steven Lutvak at the WYO Performing Arts & Education Center on December 4. Steven composed the music for A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, which won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2014.

The evening will begin with a reception in the WYO lobby at 6:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to get a taste of the forthcoming The Ucross Cookbook: Cooking for Artists on a Wyoming Ranch, meet legendary Ucross Chef Cindy Brooks, and enjoy complimentary appetizers.

Then, we will move into the Mars Black Box Theater at 7:30 p.m. for an entertaining performance by Steven Lutvak. Steven is an alumnus of Ucross, the prestigious artist residency program located on a historic 20,000-acre ranch 30 miles from Sheridan. He is the only composer to have won the Jonathan Larson Award (named after the creator of the hit musical Rent) twice. Currently, Steven is at work on two new musicals headed for Broadway and the movie adaptation of A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder.
