The Downtown Sheridan Association presents its annual Wine Fest. This year’s theme: Mardi Gras – it’s gonna be a Mardi good time – offers tastings of more than 100 wines and beers along with endless hors d’oeuvres. The 2019 Wine Fest takes place Friday, March 1 a the Elks Lodge, 45 W. Brundage in downtown Sheridan.
There are two ticket levels: the $75 VIP ticket includes earlier access at 5 p.m. with a more intimate experience. These tickets are limited to 100 individuals. In addition, each vendor table will have luxury-level wines available exclusively to the VIP ticket holders. The General Admission ticket of $60 includes admission from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. A discounted price will be available for general admission tickets beginning this month. For the month of December only, General Admission tickets will be $50; January tickets will be $55.
With this fundraiser, the DSA has the ability to sponsor events such as the 3rd Thursday Street Festival, Sheridan Farmers’ Market and Flowers on Main Street. These events create a community stronghold where people can come together to celebrate life in Sheridan. Our Historic District Promotions Committee continues to create year-round shop local campaigns. These campaigns incentivize the community to frequent the local businesses in our beautiful historic district. DSA also actively works on the Downtown Sheridan Streetscape Project in conjunction with the City of Sheridan.
